Speaking to Law360 about the bitcoin money laundering trial Osborne said, "If the press reports are true about crypto being moved even after the investigation was launched, it seems that the UK authorities are going to have to think — and very quickly — how their previous approach to seizing tangible assets has to be adapted to seize crypto and other intangible assets."
