On March 10, 2023, Law360 quoted Zoe Osborne in a piece titled "G4S Collapse Puts SFO's DPAs Under The Microscope." The article discusses how the collapse of the UK Serious Fraud Office's fraud prosecution against three former executives at security firm G4S has brought Deferred Prosecution Agreements under scrutiny. Commenting on the matter Osborne said the G4S case raised more questions than it provided answers. "Is it a result of the SFO pursuing the wrong cases in the first place?" Osborne asked. "Or could it be a symptom of the SFO's processes in, for example, developing entrenched case theories too early in the investigation, in not applying a critical mind because the investigation team and prosecution team are the same?"
