(November 26, 2024, Brussels) – Managing partner of Steptoe's Brussels office, Renato Antonini, has been appointed Ambassador for Belgium by the International Sanctions and Export Control Society (ISECS). The ISECS is a global organization dedicated to promoting compliance with international sanctions and export control regulations by providing a platform for industry professionals, legal experts, and former government officials to share knowledge and best practices on managing trade risks related to sanctions and export controls across borders. It aims to enhance economic and international security through a coordinated, risk-based approach to compliance with these regulations.
