Overview
(July 8, 2025, New York) – Steptoe LLP represented Natixis Corporate and Investment Banking (Natixis CIB) and a group of 13 other lenders in connection with the closing of a $918.9 million corporate credit facility in favor of Clearway Energy Group (Clearway). Natixis CIB acted as Coordinating Lead Arranger, Bookrunner, Syndication Agent, Documentation Agent, Green Loan Coordinator, Issuing Bank, and Administrative Agent. The credit facilities will support the expanding development and continuing growth of Clearway's renewable energy generation and battery storage project development pipeline.
