Pat Linehan, Alex Melia, Zoe Osborne and John Rupp co-authored an article titled “The Benefits and Costs of Conducting an Internal Investigation – Is it Better to Let a Sleeping Dog Lie?” for The Legal 500's In-House Lawyer magazine. The article, published in the Spring issue, describes some of the advantages and disadvantages of undertaking a voluntarily initiated internal investigation.
