Overview
(May 18, 2021, London) — Steptoe London partner Zoe Osborne has been named to Global Investigation Review’s (GIR) 2021 list of “Women in Investigations.” The list highlights 100 “remarkable women” from 21 countries who are “achieving great things in a competitive and notoriously tough area of law.” More than 300 nominations were submitted for the editors’ consideration.
At Steptoe, Osborne conducts investigations for both criminal and civil litigation. She has a particular focus on cross-border matters, including financial crime and contentious regulatory investigations, internal investigations and litigation. Osborne has represented numerous clients in investigations by the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) and the Financial Conduct Authority, as well as in investigations and defense work before other agencies in the United Kingdom and worldwide.
This marks the third time GIR has published the list recognizing top women in investigations. Osborne joins fellow Steptoe partners Lucinda Low and Wendy Wysong, who were named to the inaugural list in 2015.
