Steptoe's Second Annual Regulatory Symposium, originally planned for May 2020, is going virtual! Rather than host another half-day program, we've divided the symposium into four separate offerings. We hope you'll join us!
Mergers in Regulated Industries

The panel will cover cross-cutting issues in mergers/transactions in regulated industries where federal agencies other than the antitrust authorities (DOJ/FTC) have overlapping or exclusive jurisdiction. These issues may include how those agencies interact with the antitrust authorities, trends in regulatory risk mitigation, CFIUS review of foreign investment, and third-party participation in the transaction review to seek competitive remedies.
