You don't need to be a scientist to get something out of this webinar! In fact, we invite those in the regulatory, compliance, QA, legal, product stewardship spaces, as well as the technical folks, to join us on Thursday, June 5 for a plain English discussion sharing our experiences in trial of an area too often overlooked when defending Prop 65 claims – testing and exposure assessment used to prove compliance.
We will also explore regulation of PFAS in consumer chemicals in California and how the testing and strategy is different depending on the specific law. What is an exposure assessment and when do you need one? While conducting an exposure assessment can win a Prop 65 case, it is not how you prove compliance with laws setting maximum levels or bans of chemicals like PFAS.
Finally, product testing. Not all product testing labs are not the same. The right lab, procedures and test methods are the foundation of the case and can help you win or lose it. We will share experiences from our three recent Prop 65 trials where exposure assessment and product testing played a critical role in our successful defense.
Can't make it? Sign up anyway and receive the link to listen on demand at a time that suits you.
