Steptoe is excited to host our Houston office’s second annual Disputes, Government Enforcement, and Policy Seminar, featuring a detailed program and cocktail reception on Thursday, April 3 at Steptoe's offices in downtown Houston.
Our CLE-accredited seminar program will provide in-depth analyses of the topical issues confronting in-house counsel across multiple industries as well as some specialist topics designed for the energy industry. Three afternoon panels will discuss energy litigation and regulatory enforcement trends; how the new Administration and new Congress are bringing significant changes to various industries, including the energy sector, and how companies can navigate these uncharted waters; and an update and discussion of new enforcement priorities and policies coming out of key federal agencies.
The afternoon seminar program will be followed by an evening cocktail reception to connect and reconnect with colleagues and friends.
