Overview
Anthony Pericolo counsels clients in various intellectual property matters with an emphasis on patent litigation in federal district courts and at the International Trade Commission (ITC). He has drafted direct examinations, numerous motions, and petitions requesting inter partes review. Anthony has represented both plaintiffs and defendants.
With a background in electrical engineering, Anthony provides guidance in matters related to a broad spectrum of technologies including computing hardware, software, and semiconductors. He has litigation experience with mapping technologies, computer processors, and customer relationship management software. Anthony has also leveraged his economics background to litigate damages at trial.
During law school, Anthony represented veterans before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and Massachusetts Executive Office of Veterans Services.
