Overview
Linda Burger focuses on EU antitrust and competition law including cartel and State aid investigations, regulatory compliance, and merger control issues in a range of sectors including telecommunications and transport.
Prior to joining the firm, Linda worked at an international law firm in Brussels and at the Directorate-General for Competition in the field of State aid for financial institutions. She also served as a jurist at Assista Rechtsschutzversicherung, where she handled cases in different areas of Swiss law.
Linda received her LL.M. from the College of Europe, and her Master of Law from the University of Fribourg.
