Overview
Maahi Saini’s practice focuses on complex litigation. She represents clients in litigation across the transportation industry, including environmental cases involving the Clean Water Act (CWA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA). Maahi is also part of the firm's aviation team, recently developing guidance on compliance with the Air Carrier Access Act and associated regulations.
Maahi also advises on commercial litigation matters. She is a member of Steptoe’s interdisciplinary artificial intelligence (AI) group, where she contributes to the firm’s cutting-edge work at the intersection of law and emerging technology.
Previously, Maahi worked as a student attorney in the Jacob Burns Community Legal Clinics’ Intellectual Property and Technology Law Clinic. She was also a legal intern at Lawyers Without Borders, an international nonprofit organization that engages lawyers in advancing the rule of law globally.
