Overview
Nicole Arellano-Brillembourg focuses her practice on international trade matters, including antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) proceedings before the US Department of Commerce (DOC) and the US International Trade Commission (ITC). Nicole also has experience assisting clients with international regulatory compliance issues regarding laws, policies, and regulations administered by the US Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Nicole has worked with clients from a wide range of industries and jurisdictions, including North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
Nicole has also helped clients navigate the new trade environment under the second Trump Administration and solve disputes involving reciprocal tariffs before US Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Prior to becoming an attorney, Nicole was a forensic consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she advised clients on cross-border compliance and enforcement matters related to the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
Nicole is originally from Bogotá, Colombia, and is fluent in Spanish.
