Consumer chemicals. They are in every product we buy and in all the food we eat. California leads the way in regulating them, including Proposition 65, green chemistry, packaging recycling laws, chemical reporting, and PFAS regulations. It is not alone as over 30 states have existing or proposed laws in these areas. And more are coming. How to make sense of them, ensure compliance and minimize risk? That is the focus of this blog.
