Overview
The Wall Street Journal and the Financial Times were among the media that covered Steptoe's win at the English High Court for National Bank Trust in a case against three Russian bankers. On January 23, the court handed down a judgment finding that the three former shareholders were involved in a massive fraudulent scheme that led to the bank's collapse. The three defendants were also ordered to pay compensation of US $900 million.
