Michael J. Baratz is a partner in the Washington office of Steptoe & Johnson LLP, where he is a member of the firm's Litigation and International Departments.

Mr. Baratz regularly assists in a wide variety of complex cases involving the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), fraud, white-collar criminal defense, and other general civil litigation matters.

Mr. Baratz has also worked on proceedings before arbitral bodies, including the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
