Gammon’s practice focuses on all aspects of complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Steptoe, Gammon was a law clerk for the Honorable David L. Bunning, of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky at Covington. During his clerkship, Gammon managed dockets, conducted extensive legal research, and completed first-round opinion drafting in civil and criminal cases, including as lead law clerk on one of the first cases in the federal judiciary to decide whether private employers can mandate FDA-authorized COVID vaccines as a mandatory condition of employment. Gammon also gained significant experience staffing several criminal and civil trials during his clerkship.
