Overview
Andrew Saba has experience in all aspects of complex commercial litigation and arbitration. He has successfully represented clients in a wide range of cases, including contract disputes, business torts, and securities fraud and antitrust claims. Andrew also regularly advises and represents clients in matters involving the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Department of Justice (DOJ), state attorneys general, and overseas governmental authorities. Andrew’s clients include public and private companies, financial institutions, hedge funds, and private equity.
Andrew also maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients in civil rights claims and resentencing efforts.
