Laura Niday

Laura Niday focuses her practice on complex commercial and consumer litigation, regulatory challenges, and appellate advocacy. She has experience in all stages of civil litigation from motion practice through trial and has litigated in front of the DC Court of Appeals, including as an oral advocate. While in law school, Laura served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Rossie D. Alston Jr. of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Laura was selected to be one of Steptoe's inaugural Pro Bono Fellows. She maintains a robust pro bono practice, covering a wide range of matters involving voting rights litigation and immigration.
