Overview
Joseph McClure is a member of the Commercial Litigation group, where his practice involves all stages of complex litigation. Joe is often relied on for his experience in matters that require his extensive knowledge of accounting and financial issues.
Joe’s experience includes a major fraudulent transfer case in which he worked closely with financial experts to investigate accounting practices, value transferred assets, calculate damages, and present those findings both at trial and in post-trial proceedings. Joe is frequently called on to assist teams with analyzing and presenting financial condition evidence at other high-stakes proceedings.
Prior to joining Steptoe, Joe worked as a law clerk for the United States Court of Federal Claims, where he served as the lead clerk for three trials.
