Overview
Meghan Pearce drives policy advocacy on international trade matters, focusing on digital economy, services, e-commerce, and technology supply chains.
Meghan leverages her significant Capitol Hill and private sector experience to develop and execute successful legislative and regulatory strategies and effectively represent businesses before elected and government officials. She leverages her dynamic skillset, network, and expertise to achieve meaningful policy outcomes for clients.
Prior to joining Steptoe, Meghan advanced a pro-innovation federal policy agenda on behalf of leading US tech companies while at TechNet, the national, bipartisan association of tech CEOs and executives. Previously, Meghan served as a legislative correspondent for US Senator Pat Toomey (R-PA) where she focused on international trade, education, and the workforce, and as a legislative aide for US Representative Jim Renacci (R-OH).
Meghan is a part-time J.D. candidate at the American University Washington College of Law and co-chairs the technology and digital trade programming committee for the Association of Women in International Trade (WIIT).
