Overview
Zoe Wojnowich advises clients on legislative and regulatory developments across healthcare, insurance, energy, trade, and artificial intelligence matters. She closely monitors activity at both the state and federal levels, providing clients with thoughtful analysis on shifting policy landscapes.
Prior to joining the firm, Zoe gained substantial experience on Capitol Hill, serving in the offices of Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR) and Representative Kathy Manning (D-NC). Across both chambers of Congress, Zoe supported legislative staff with research, constituent correspondence, and legislative analysis across energy and natural resources, environment, tax, and foreign affairs issues. In addition, Zoe rounded out her knowledge of how policy is shaped throughout her time working with the government affairs team at Edison Electric Institute and the Office of Legislative Affairs at the US Department of the Treasury, where she focused on legislative and regulatory affairs impacting the energy and financial services sectors.
Zoe graduated summa cum laude from Georgetown University with a joint degree in Business and Global Affairs through the Dikran Izmirlian Program in Business & Global Affairs and a minor in Spanish.
