Overview
Elaine Hartman focuses her practice on commercial litigation. She also represents clients in government investigations, intellectual property, and copyright disputes. Elaine is experienced in all phases of civil litigation, including fact investigation, legal research, written discovery, motion practice and trial.
While at law school, Elaine received a Certificate of Merit Award in Music Copyright, awarded for outstanding performance in a law school course. Prior to law school, she worked as a paralegal at Steptoe, where she was a member of multiple trial and arbitral teams.
