Overview
Emma Howard counsels corporate and individual clients on investigations, white-collar defense, and litigation matters. Her experience includes defending clients in investigations involving the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other government agencies. Emma also has experience in fact development, responding to requests for documents and information, and internal investigations.
While in law school, Emma was a judicial extern for Judge Millett at the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit, she served as the Managing Editor of Notes for the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics, and she participated in the Georgetown Law Civil Rights Clinic. Prior to law school, Emma worked in immigration law in Boston.
