Overview
Ida Adibi focuses her practice on commercial litigation, investigations, and criminal defense. She has worked on all phases of civil matters, from case origination through trial. As a consequence, she has substantial experience in fact development, legal analysis, briefing, and management of fact and expert witnesses.
In addition to her civil practice, Ida routinely represents individuals and corporate clients in government investigations, internal investigations, and compliance matters. She also provides counseling in connection with government ethics matters, including advising clients through the appointment and vetting process.
Ida maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on voting rights litigation and post-conviction criminal defense work. She also recently helped achieve a major appellate victory on behalf of the Innocence Project.
