Overview
Joaquin Diaz focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense and investigations. He has experience representing clients across a broad range of industries.
While in law school, Joaquin interned at the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Southern District of Texas, where he drafted various defensive motions and participated in developing strategy. Following graduation, he worked as a Tax Associate at a well-known financial services firm in New York, representing clients in connection with both domestic and international tax issues and controversies.
Joaquin maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on poverty and LGBTQ+ rights.
