Kiki Dong focuses her practice on cross‑border investigations and international trade. Qualified in four jurisdictions throughout the world, she brings an astute global perspective to export controls, sanctions, and FCPA matters, as well as broader trade‑related compliance issues.
Kiki also handles commercial arbitrations related to shareholder disputes and regulatory compliance matters. She has advised more than fifty companies through sanctions and export control assessments for Hong Kong IPOs, helping her clients meet regulatory expectations and move transactions forward. In her past role, Kiki counseled clients on cybersecurity incidents and TMT regulatory matters. Kiki's finance background and data privacy credentials bring value to high‑stake regulatory and compliance matters.
Kiki is qualified in Hong Kong, New York, and England and Wales, and holds a qualification certificate in China. She works in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese, and has intermediate proficiency in Korean and Japanese.
