Kristina Woodward

Kristina Woodward focuses her practice on white-collar criminal defense and government investigation matters. She represents both individuals and corporate clients in criminal and internal investigations. Her experience includes defending clients in investigations involving the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other government agencies. 

Kristina has experience with fact development, responding to subpoenas and other requests for documents and information, document reviews, and witness interviews. She also has experience with internal investigations for corporations involving allegations of workplace harassment/retaliation and employee misconduct. 

Kristina is actively involved in Steptoe’s pro bono program.   

During law school, Kristina was a legal intern in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Division, Fraud Section, and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Reggie B. Walton on the US District Court for the District of Colombia.
