Overview
Lillian Stevens' practice focuses on internal and government investigations and white-collar defense, representing both individuals and corporate clients. Her experience includes defending clients in investigations and prosecutions involving the Department of Justice and the Security Exchange Commission. She has also counseled clients in civil litigation matters.
Prior to joining Steptoe, Lillian served as a law clerk to Judge Nitza Quiñones Alejandro in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. During law school, Lillian was a judicial extern at the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, a legal intern at the Delaware County District Attorney's Office and served as an Executive Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law. Before law school, Lillian served as a Teach For America corps member.
