Overview
Grace Wang focuses her practice on assisting multinational and US companies navigate the Chinese and international market while complying with US laws. Her knowledge of high-tech industries and legal systems in the US and Asia allows her to help create strategies that achieve desired business outcomes. Her experience in intellectual property disputes includes US patent litigation, trade secret litigation, copyright infringement, antitrust and unfair competition, Section 337 investigations before the US International Trade Commission, and US Department of Justice investigations.
Grace oversees all aspects of US and international litigation from commencement through trial, including managing litigation public relations. Having managed high-stake US litigation as an in-house counsel for a big high-tech company in Shenzhen for several years, Grace has gained perspective on how to defend US litigation and how to navigate the US legal system as a Chinese company.
