Overview
Jason D'Antonio's practice encompasses white-collar defense, investigations, and complex civil litigation. He represents individual and corporate clients in internal investigations and criminal matters, particularly those involving the Department of Justice and the Treasury Department. Jason's pro bono practice focuses on federal criminal appeals, veterans' claims, and civil rights issues.
In law school, Jason externed for the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit and the US District Court for the District of Columbia, and also served as a summer law clerk with the US Attorney's Office in Washington, DC. He later became Editor-in-Chief of the Administrative Law Review. Before law school, he managed a research team at a political consulting firm.
