(October 6, 2023, Washington, DC) – Latinvex has named Steptoe & Johnson LLP partner, Lucinda Low, among "Latin America's Top 100 Female Lawyers" of 2023. The list honors lawyers specializing in Latin America among international law firms.
Lucinda serves as Co-chair of the firm’s International Arbitration global practice group and leads Steptoe's Brazil-specific initiative. She has served in a number of leadership positions in the firm, including several terms on its Executive Committee and as its international practice leader. Lucinda's experience includes extensive work in Latin America, including Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guyana, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela, as well as several Caribbean countries. She has also served as an arbitrator in a number of disputes involving Latin American States and businesses.
Lucinda lived in Brazil on two different occasions and speaks both Spanish and Portuguese.
