Overview
(November 15, 2021, Washington, DC) -- Latinvex has named Steptoe partner Lucinda Low among "Latin America's Top 100 Female Lawyers" of 2021. The list honors lawyers focused on Latin America among international law firms.
Honorees were selected based on a combination of factors, including their track records on major deals and the prominence of their firm in Latin America. Recognition from third parties, such as Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500, and M&A data from Refinitiv, were also considered.
Low is a member of Steptoe's Management Committee and co-heads the firm’s International Arbitration practice. She has particular authority in matters involving the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, and other international business compliance issues, and she leads Steptoe’s Brazil-specific initiative that focuses on FCPA/anti-corruption compliance and enforcement work.
Latinvex publishes daily news and weekly analysis on Latin America business, including nearly 50 rankings benchmarking the region’s companies, countries, and people.
