Overview
Destinae Demery's practice focuses on a wide variety of complex commercial litigation, including premise liability, insurance defense, breach of contract, unfair business practices, and personal injury matters. She has handled matters from inception through discovery, dispositive motion practice, and final resolution—whether through mediation, settlement, or trial. Destinae has experience leading, managing, and developing case strategy for clients.
Prior to attending law school, Destinae worked for the US House of Representatives, Committee on Ethics and in the Congressional Office of the Hon. Linda T. Sanchez.
During law school, Destinae served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Laurence Rubin in the California Court of Appeal, Second District, and interned at the Federal Communications Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
