Overview
Geneva’s practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, including commercial litigation, class actions, arbitrations, and mediations. She has represented businesses and individuals in a broad range of disputes involving breaches of contract, trade secrets, insurance-coverage claims, and employment issues in federal and state trial courts around the country. Her appellate experience includes representing clients in criminal and constitutional appeals before the Illinois Appellate Courts, Ohio Supreme Court, US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and United States Supreme Court. In addition to her litigation experience, Geneva assists clients in conducting internal investigations.
During law school, Geneva externed for the Honorable Kathleen B. Burke, United States Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of Ohio, and for the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Ohio, Civil Division.
