Overview
Jamin Dowdy focuses his practice on assisting transportation clients with both litigation and regulatory compliance. He has experience with matters involving the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, Surface Transportation Board, and Environmental Protection Agency, as well as with matters involving complex tort law claims.
Previously, Jamin worked as a summer law clerk at the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) Litigation Section at the US Department of Justice. While in law school, Jamin served in various editorial roles for the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy and worked as a research assistant for two professors.
