Overview
Paul White is a member of the Tax & Private Client group at Steptoe, where he advises multinational businesses on US and international tax matters related to tax planning and controversies.
Paul also represents high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families in matters related to estate and wealth transfer planning, business succession and governance, and complex estate and trust administration.
Prior to joining Steptoe, Paul worked in the National Tax Practice at a Big Four Accounting Firm, where he advised multinational groups on reorganization structures, covered asset acquisitions, section 338(g) elections, foreign tax credit planning, section 901(m), gain recognition agreements, PTEP, GILTI, Subpart F, and US Tax Treaty issues.
