Overview
Benjamin Holt focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation. He represents clients in patent infringement cases in US federal courts, inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and Section 337 investigations before the US International Trade Commission. He has a broad technical background and works with complex technologies in a wide range of industries, including high-tech, mechanical, chemical, pharmaceutical, biotech and computer-related fields.
Ben is also experienced in patent preparation and prosecution, counseling, opinion work and due diligence investigations. He is a Registered Patent Attorney with the US Patent and Trademark Office.
